For age 20-35, we recommend taking 2 sachets a day to give you 3,000mg Collagen per day.

For ages 35+, we recommend taking 2-4 sachets a day, to give you up to 6,000mg Collagen per day.

For ages 50+, you may take up to 10 sachets a day.

You may combine Taut Powder with Taut Premium Collagen Drinks, and alternate between days.

For Maximum Absorption & Efficacy:
