We're not happy if you're not happy
In the event you are not satisfied with our product(s) after you receive your shipment, we will issue a refund for any unopened, sellable products.
Please call 628-400-8288 or Contact Us for authorization to proceed with your return request.
We will process a refund within 48 hours upon receipt of your returned product(s) in good, unopened, “like-new” condition.
Please allow your bank institution 2-3 business days to process your refund to your account.
How to return products and get a refund.
Please email us at email@example.com, and provide your order number or your name, email address and reason for return. We will send you by email our return shipment label.
When returning the products, please ensure products are bubble wrapped to avoid damage and return in the original shipping packaging (if possible). Once we receive the returned products and confirm they are unused, unopened and sellable, we will proceed with your refund within 48 hours.
Want to exchange?
Not a problem. We can process the exchange for you once we receive the returned product that is unused and unopened. Just email us with your order number or email address, and item you would like to exchange, we can take care of the details for you.
