We're not happy if you're not happy
In the event you are not satisfied with our product(s) within 60 days after you receive your shipment, we will issue a refund for any unopened, unused, sellable products.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for authorization to proceed with your return request.
We will process a refund within 48 hours upon receipt of your returned product(s) in unused, unopened, “like-new” condition.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your financial institution to process your refund to your account.
How to return products and get a refund:
Please email us at email@example.com, and provide your order number or your name, email address and reason for return. We will send you by email a return shipment label.
When returning the products, please ensure products are bubble wrapped to avoid damage and returned in the original shipping packaging (if possible). Once we receive the returned products and confirm they are unused, unopened and in 'new' sellable condition, we will proceed with your refund within 48 hours.
We take every precaution to ensure that your shipment arrives intact and in pristine condition. However, on rare occasions, damage to a product can occur during transit. In the event your shipment arrived damaged, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org, provide your order number, name and email address along with details of the damage (date received, extent of damage). Please be sure to include a photo or two of the damaged products that you received, as proof of damage is required in order for us to process your claim. We will then reply to you by email or phone with details of any replacement product(s) to be shipped to you.
Want to exchange?
Not a problem. We can process the exchange for you once we receive the returned product that is unused and unopened. Just email us with your order number or email address, and item you would like to exchange; we can take care of the details for you.
